EILIDH LIVINGSTONE

On-set Production Photographer

Eilidh has taken some of our on-set production photos whilst we've been filming Solstice and you will see some of them on the website as well as social media. Here's what she told us:

Hi, I’m Eilidh. I’m a 22-year-old photographer based in the village of Taynuilt, near Oban.

Being brought up in such a lovely place inspired me to get out there with my camera in my adolescent years and as the years went on, photography went from being a hobby to my passion. The beauty of the land and sea continues to inspire me every day. The diverse weather conditions, the light and the varied colour palettes all make for very contrasting photos meaning no two photographs are ever the same.

Although landscape photography was my first interest, I also take photographs of weddings, properties, businesses and events. I love new challenges and carrying out other projects.

More recently, I opened a Craft Shop called Turadh, in Taynuilt. We sell a mixture of local crafts and clothing from brands including Seasalt, Weird Fish, and Regatta. There is a huge number of talented and creative folk around Argyll which is very exciting for businesses like mine.
